I am so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Satya. When I started working with Satya, I was lost. Our family life was full of conflict. My parenting did not reflect my values or my internal vision of myself. I found myself acting in ways that I never thought I would, to the people I loved the most, leaving me caught in a cycle of shame and guilt. My relationship with my children was difficult, and as a result, my relationship with my husband was strained. I truly felt that I had lost myself.

I cannot believe how much my life has changed during the time I have spent working with Satya. She does not provide easy, quick fix solutions, but challenges you to dig in and understand your history and the emotions that are impacting your relationships. It is hard work, but worth it.
